I am a longstanding MTN customer - we are talking 15 years and I am trying to register on their new website and manage my account and I have been unable to do this.
I sent numerous emails to their support desk and I have 2 reference numbers (being 7113138 and 7135142) but no one is able to sort this problem out.
I have tried registering again this morning and low and behold I can log into the [URL Removed] page but not onto MTN active. The site seems perpetually unable to send me an OTP - though I have requested numerous ones over the last few weeks.
I sent another email voicing my frustrations to MEGAN PETERSEN (case # 7135142) and she has not bothered to even respond.
DEANESH CHADAYAN sent me an email requesting an alternative number to contact me and he has not called.
I was given the wrong solution by NAZIR KHAN at MTN SA (probably because he didn't bother to read my email properly).
I am now at my wits end and am no longer interested in being ignored. You cannot claim great customer service if this is how you go about it! We are NOT CLICKING!
I want this resolved or I am migrating and will spend my money elsewhere.
