We have 3 phones on contract. We have had the account for - 18 years. On 1 of the accounts all of a sudden we have now been charged a huge amount for Switched Package Data? I had a normal steady amount of R498. All of a sudden I get slapped with this huge amount? And it is not that there was a change in data being downloaded!
I called the MTN offices and I might as well have not made the call at all! Why is it that if there was a change in billing have I not been informed about the billing change?
Cell C seems to be looking a very attractive option for us a family to look at!
