I bought my second prepaid data package for 2 gigs/month for a year in July 2012. I had no problem with the 1st package even though I could only get 2G in the area I live in. Since March 2013 I have not been able to use my data. I complained to the Nelspruit branch at Riverside mall on the 28th March 2013, my reference number is 1769793. Every week I go into the store and all I get is promises. To date I have not received a single communication from Cell C. My package is due to expire and it seems to me that since I paid in advance they have zero interest in helping me. Needless to say I am a very disgruntled ex customer.
