I've had a Cell C data package for the last two years. In February, I upgraded my package. About two weeks later, the internet suddenly got slower - to the extent that I can connect with full signal, but cannot send or receive any data. This only happens at peak periods. I logged this early February. After no response for over a month, I followed up. I was told that there was something "blocking" the Cell C tower in my area and it was under investigation with ICASA. I was assured that someone will get back to me with a resolution. It's now almost another month with no response and NO Internet. I have tried to follow up with the people who dealt with my query the last time, but with no avail.
