I have a problem with vodacom. Almost every month i receive the message that my sim cards have been softlocked since i have exceeded the balance. I do not know how i exceed the balance and last time i had the same problem noone could really explain to me, I was made to call variousb people in various departments and the local store could not help me either. I have two top up 135 sim cards and two data sim cards. I also have a business call contract and i never use this sim card. I really don't know how i go over the balance because my accounts are always paid on time. I do not owe anything.
I think I really made a mistake in choosing this network provider. Right now my sim cards are soft locked and i can't make any calls.
