The telephonic consultant misrepresented facts when he called me regarding a data-sim upgrade. I told the consultant that I did not want to upgrade. The consultant then responded by saying that they will lower my premium which I accepted. He did not explain to me that they were going to change my contract from an "open" contract on which I had 3 dual sim cards to a "top-up" contract. When they changed my contract I lost 2 of the 3 sim cards as a "top-up" contract cannot have dual sim cards. I have been trying for more than 2 weeks to get a response out of Vodacom Rewards and EVERY time I call, I am told that they will either call me within 24 hours or sometimes I am told that they will call my on the same day before close of business. I must have made in excess of 10 calls up to today and every time I get the same. They have not called me once!!! This company is a absolute disgrace and it is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! They know that the public's hands are tied and they think they can do whatever they want! I will go out of my way to spread the word about them. And I will NEVER advise anybody to take up a contract with them
