On the 19 August 2013 my debit order was submitted for the months balance.today on the 21 August i woke up with my line soft locked.so i calmly phoned customer services and gave all the security answers and asked why my line is softlock. then the lady told me my data bundle was over R250 and thats why its soft-locked.then i told her i have 1gig extra with my 225meg i think a month and i cannot use that in one day, so i asked whats my balance and she said my balance was paid up to date and my new balance is R160.00 that i still don't understand.then i asked her just to lift my balance with R200.00 for this month because I'm using this phone for business. she when i was done speaking to her i got an sms saying i have reach 70% of my R400.00 call limit.so i made 1 call under a min for work, then got an sms saying 90% reached.how does that work? so i phoned accounts department to explain.black male answer and told me the system is off (as usual) gave him my nr, id, bank, PO box... told me all my answers are wrong.so i asked what is wrong... he said my postal, told him it cant be wrong i get my statements there and he must check he system. sweared something in his language and hanged up...
