Bayport cellular, cheat and!!!

I recently took up a contract with Bayport cellular service provider, and the experience has been nothing short of a HORROR. Firstly they sent me THREE sim cards, and they have divided the monthly airtime that I am suppose to receive onto the three sim cards, which means I have to call people form three different numbers, how stupid is that!!! Secondly, 2 of the sim cards they have provided was not working, which left me now already 2 weeks into the contract unable to use the airtime I am billed for, I had to BUY airtime to top up my Vodacom old phone in order to be able to reach people. Then I am told, I must go and BUY two new sim cards and then phone them to make the changes, eventually after finding a store that will sell me sim cards without RICA, I call them, now they say it will possibly take another 24 hours after the call has been escalated, before I will know if this problem is now solved.

How fantastic. I leave my service provider of 21 years to fall into this TRAP!!! Does Cell C pay providers commission on number of sim cards activated or what, why is the airtime split over three numbers???
