Logged a call on the 20th of December already and still waiting on my line to be repaired. Technician apparently identified the problem which is 3 doors away from me. WHAT IS THE ISSUE IS FIXING THE PROBLEM? Also received my bill today -
Why should I pay for services not received for the month?
