My bill is still not R499 and there is no one able/willing to help me sort out this.

I signed for the R499 deal. Please change my bill to R499. Or even better, are you capable of doing it? I have been in a Telkom store twice, phoned probably 20 times and already complained on hellopeter. Please tell your customers if you can't solve problems using the CORRECT channels, what should we do?
