I logged a call on the 14th January about our line that is down. They determined that it is problem with the line. Since then I phoned him every day and every day tell me the same sloppy story. I am loosing a lot of money. I am so fedup with their service. No one comes back to me to give me feedback. I each time have to phone from my cellphone and it costs a lot. My yesterday put me on hold for a half an hour to speak to a supervisor, but the supervisor left already. Both me and my landlord is using the same box, hers is working and mine not. They everytime I phone tell me they are escalating it, but does not hear anything after that. I need clarity asap otherwise I am going to make big problems for telkom.
