RECEIVE NO FEED BACK OVER HAVING NO RECEPTION

In August 2012 we phoned mtn call centre regarding the Villiersdorp/Vyeboom area having no reception..(there were reception before august, thats why we started a contract with mtn because mtn was the only service provider with good reception)..been to MTN in Cape Gate they made contact got ref numbers..we were told that a booster will be set up, that was before december 2012. NOTHING HAPPEND!!! have been to mtn alot lately trying to sort out the problem... everytime they phone customer care and request the person thats incharge of our problem..hes either not available or busy... emails have been send and calls have been made en promises and still nothing has been done with this problem. Paying a lot of money for a phone in a month that cant be used... planning on returning my phone and ending my contract and will NOT pay anything further! Mtn has pathetic service
