I had no problems with my 36 month Vodacom contract for 24 months. During Dec 2012 I started having problems with reception. I was told to wait for the fest of season to pass as the problem was due to high demand. In Feb 2013 I was told a new reception tower will fix the problem. This never happened. During April a agent visited my home to check on the reception problem and was told that they will come back to me. NOTHING. During May and June I reported the matter again. NOTHING. Then in July I gave notice on the contract and the a new agent visited my home to once again tell me that I stayed in a no reception area and that this matter will be investigated. NOTHING. This month I paid my laptop but not my airtime. Please refund me for the airtime as promised from January 2013 and I do not want explain the problem to another agent as I already have 4 ref. numbers and 6 names of Vodacom staff who dealt with my problem
