I am constantly loosing signal at home. I phoned Vodacom about a month ago about the problem. Every second day they phone me with the following response. There is a site planned for the area.
No one can ever tell me when this site will be done. I can never speak to anybody that can solve the problem. Today the told me that there is nothing they can do about the reception issue! They can not put up a signal booster because it diffuse the signal strength in the area.
Why do I pay Vodacom for no service? Every time I get told that technical dept will phone me. Never do they phone me. The consultant from customer service is rude and attacks me. This is such bad service!!!
I will have to cancel my contract!
