Good day!!!
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini in March / April in 2013.
Within 3 months or less the phone was faulty and the motherboard had to be replaced.
Within a further 3 months it needed a new battery.
After taking the phone in several times to Vodacom for various issues they the replaced the battery.
I gave up hope as the phone was still faulty and then had to replace the phone under my own insurance.
This cost me R1300.
I am a business manager at Ford and need the phone to correspond with many clients and have
lost business due to these issues.
I received a new Samsung Galaxy S3 mini which I had to pay for out of my own pocket on approximately
16 November 2013.
Within 1 month the phone was not charging properly so I contacted Vodacom and requested that they collect the phone as I do not have time to constantly drive around sorting the phone out.
Once again the phone is costing me time and money.
This did not take place and I then proceeded to once again take the phone in.
I was then informed that I was using an incorrect charger.
Please contact me urgently or I will be forced to take this matter up further.
Thank you
