Dont get a contract from!!! It's a absolute nightmare dealing with them. I have just signed a new 24mnths contract with them and stated that I require my exsisting Vodacom prepaid no to be ported over to their network..I have walked into stores more than 10 times to find out wehn the porting will be done.
They have a system called AMDOCS and Hawi... no one know's what is going on. I got told my initial call was cancelled by credit vetting then get told to go back to a branch and open another call... get to the branch and they say the initial call is open...
Bottom line... 8ta is pathetic... taking my phone back today and cancelling the contract... CELLC here i come.
Oh yes the 081 180 number... they will hang you up if they don't feel like working... incopetant bunch of "Other" people
