Data modem has been replaced 4 times since August 2013. My internet connection is inconsistent and faulty. An agent from Vodacom attended to a call-out voucher on the 14 September 2013, to date (04/10/2013), I have not had the pleasure of a follow-up call or mail.
My problem still persists and no-one from the Data centre call-out team has the courtesy to call me back (after I have left umpteen messages on the 22/09; 29/09 and 03/10).
I have been losing money as I have to switch my computer off after the modem fails, and have to reload the pages I was busy with.
And the frustration of switching the computer off and on 5 to 6 times a day...
