OVERCHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT

I RECEIVE AN SMS EVERYDAY AS AN UPDATE ON MY CELL PHONE BILL. I HAVE A CONTRACT.
ON THE 19.07.2013 THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OWING WAS LISTED AT R689.64/
ON THE 20.07.2013 I RECEIVED NO SMS AT ALL. ON THE 21.07.2013 THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT HAD JUMPED FROM R689.64 TO R1356.60.
I WENT TO CANAL WALK CUSTOMER CARE TO QUERY THIS AND WAS ATTENDED TO BY THOZAMA.NGEYIR WHO WAS AS HELPFUL AS SHE COULD BE AS SHE STATED SHE WOULD HAVE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT.
WE OPENED THE ACCOUNT ON LINE TO CHECK AND AT THE SAME TIME NOTICED THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR A BLACKBERRY PHONE WHICH I HAD HAD BEFORE I UPGRADED TO AN I-PHONE. A CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST YEAR EVERY MONTH.
THESE CHARGES ARE UNACCEPTABLE. I RECEIVED AN SMS ON 30.07.2013 ACKNOWLEDGING MY QUERY SAYING IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS TO BE RESPONDED TO. IT IS NOW THE 27 AUGUST AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM VODACOM.
