Applied for a laptop deal in January 2013 and I was told I was going to get it in a week's time, of which it didn't, and when I called to ask about it, they told me they had a back-order and asked that I be patient as they were addressing the issue. When I finally got it, I found in the contract, when I was about to sign it that the price had gone up by R50, in fact I was not getting the laptop on promotion price anymore and when I asked why it was happening since it was on promotion when I applied for it and why was I not told before hand that the price was going to be affected by their back order, they said they didn't know it was going to happen. I signed the contract anyway as I had a deadline of the 31st of March and they had already taken too much of my time, and Kevin had said I should speak to their Manager as she had the authority to give it to me on the price I had applied for. Spoke to the lady and told her I couldn't afford it anymore as the price had increased, she gave me their head office number, which also gave me a run around, telling me someone was going to call me, until now.
