I have been having issues with Cell C data connection the past 2 months or so. Between 19:00 and 23:30 i am not able to connect to the internet and this is the time that i need to work from home. After 3 calls to the technical helpdesk the only response is that the network is congested. This is unacceptable as i (and many others) am paying for a service that is not being delivered. There is no excuse. Upgrade the base stations or advise clients that you are not able to service their requirements and void the contracts so that the clients can go to another operator.
