I upgraded my contract on the 8/03/2013 to a new iphone. After the week end I found that the charger plug did not work at all. I returned it to the store as an OBF and had to hand in the entire package for inspection including the new phone. I think it's pretty clear that this is an OBF. I am now without a phone for 3 days and counting. I should have received a brand new replacement phone if there is an OBF. I only had the phone for 3 days! Why does the customer have to suffer for being sold a faulty package. It is clear Vodacom do not have a clue about customer service. The phone is brand new and I should definitely qualify for a new replacement immediately! I have a right mind to cancel everything and go to another service provider.
