No Customer Service Focus

I used to have a data contract with Nashua which apparently was capped at ZAR 300 a month and the contract was over 24 mt period (and for the 24 mt period I never went over my limit). On the 1st Feb my account was debited with an amount around 1, 200. I contacted Nashua to ask for an explanation and the answer was on the 2nd Jan in the afternoon I used data to that amount which is not true because the 3G card was locked away and I have wireless internet and also have an iPad with a SIM card in, in other words internet is not a luxury for me. Lopang Mokae said that she was going to refer the matter to Vodacom to investigate and since then I didnt hear of her (almost a mt). On the 31st Jan I went to Nashua Northgate and asked the contract to be terminated immediately and the agent Wessel Pretorius confirmed that it was and the line was now a prepaid. on the 1st Mar I get a debit order of ZAR 2, 888 and apparently on the 6th Feb I used the data to this amount which is also not true because I didnt use the 3G card. I have been back and forward with Lenita Correia and Charmaine Weber and Lopang Mokae and Bernard Smit and no progress so far. They dont answer calls or give a vague responses
