I WAS CALLED BY VODACOM CUSTOMER (dont) CARE, THE GUY MADE A WHOLE LOT OF EMPTY PROMISES INCLUDING A REFUND ON ALL COST I INCURRED DUE TO CELLUCITY'S NEGLIGENCE. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY FEEDBACK FROM CELLUCITY EVEN THOUGH THE GUY AT VODACOM CALL CENTRE SAID HE WILL HAVE THEM SORT OUT THE MESS UP. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR THE MANAGER OF CELLUCITY BUT I NEVER GET THROUGH TO HIM. I AM NOW REFUSING TO PAY MY PHONE BILL UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED.
IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT CAN ADVISE ME AS TO HOW I CAN SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT PLEASE LEAVE ME A COMMENT.
