Once again I have to congratulate Cellucity The Grove on brilliant service. I have a work 3G card that is linked to a company data cloud system and recently bought a new computer requiring an external modem stick. After going to my favourite Cellucity (The Grove), Alistair recommended the correct hardware and was able to explain all the merits of a faster conection. However, once home I started to have problems with the data connection (it says its connected but wont go to the internet). After fruitless hours on the phone spent being transferred and cut off to so called "vodacom experts", I went down to cellucity with my computer. The manager (Keenan???) spent over an hour helping me on the computer and was able to tell me exactly what I need and how to set up my system.
Again Cellucity goes above and beyond the call of duty. I am, as always, very impressed with their knowledge and the willingness to help a client. I can also add at this point that these same people regularly help my elderly neighbor with her Blackberry phone and she is also always very impressed and does all her cellular/data business through them. Well done Cellucity The Grove!
