I did a upgrade on my contract in december, went to cellucity in V&A waterfront were i received great service. Left there happy and that is where everything went wrong. Firstly my migration to the talk 220 was suppose to take place end of december- THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I Called the call center and they couldnt pick it up, and i was told i should call a week later. I called and still i was on a topup315. I then went into vodacom customer care canal walk especially to sort this matter out and the lady politely told me they couldnt assist me i should go to cellucity! unfortunately it was too late to make my way there, so i paid the EXTRA R150 for the 3rd month now, so that my cellphone doesnt get switched off.
