My phone went in for repairs a month ago. Cellucity committed to having the phone repaired in one week. No one will return my calls or mails. I have left numerous messages, gone in to the Branch, mailed the owner, no reply. I called the Regional complaints gent, he called me back, committed to immediate feedback, that was 2 days ago, shocking. They have an inefficient Supply Chain and cannot deliver upon their promises to their Customers as evident by the complaints. I can only assume that my handset is lost or.
