I have contacted the call centre cause our decorder wasn't working only to find out that it had been disconnected. The lady asked for the account holders I'd number and I told her that I couldn't provide her with the info as the account holder is out of the country. Than I was told that she can't assist me if I don't have this details. I informed her that its unnecessary for her to ask for the info as the account has been paid for, the lady than told me she is protecting the holder. I informed her that its not working as I can easily get the account holders details and get the decorder reactivated but what proof do they have that I'm the account holder?? Its also unnecessary cause why can't they assist us if the account is paid for?? Why would the holder pay if he didint want the account to be activate??? It just didn't make sense and the manager on duty couldn't assist me. Its quite shocking the kind of service we get from Multichoice and yet we pay for the service...
