I log into their site, it tells me im not the master account holder and I should call the call centre. this I do. They tell me I am the master account holder, but that's not what the site says. So, here I sit, not able to do anything of any use on their site because as far as it is concerned I am not the master account holder and the call centre can do nothing except log my complaint, and from past experience, I know nothing will be done about it.
