I got my Tab III in November 2013 and within a month it switched itself off and did not want to charge or reboot again. I took it to Cell C in Rivers Square. Then i got it back on the 4th of January 2014, they told me it needed software upgrade? and again 4 days later the same thing happened. I went back to Cell C booked it in again. I had to phone Cell C repairs the whole time because know one ever came back to me. Then i spoke to Justin and Vivian (Manager) in the repairs department and asked them for a new unit and the said they cant and i have to pay them to repair it and i loose my data that i cant use while the Tab are with them but most frustrating of all is that know one phones me back at all what can i do know? (I please want a new unit)
