I took out a contract for an iPhone 5 at the beginning of Feb 2013. Almost immediately started experiencing problems with the unit and booked it into liberty midlands mall for repairs. I was without a unit for approx 3 weeks. I was given a "refurb" unit which gave me exactly the same problem. This unit was also booked in and I am currently without a phone for over a month. Spoke to Shanel Elizah at Midrand repair centre who promised to return my call, I am still waiting over 2weeks later! Spoke to Vivan at the repair centre who in no uncertain terms told me " I can call the repair centre as much as I want, they can't be bothered to help me" Is this the calibre of staff Cell c employs as "managers"???
Finally spoke to Letanya in Durban, still waiting her response! First and last contract I will ever take out with cell c. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! No wonder cell c has over 10, 000 complaints listed here.
