Terrible service

I'm extremely disappointed with the service received from MTN. I handed in my phone for repairs at MTN. One week later I was informed the phone is still in the store and the delay was caused because the system was not operational, and it was MTN's financial year end. None of this was communicated to me.

When my phone reaches the repair centre I'm told my phone is no longer in warranty. And this despite me having a document dated and signed by a MTN consultant stating my phone's warranty ends in June this year. I've had to repeatedly explain myself to various consultants and none of them have the decency of sharing my issue with the next person involved.

Personally, I wish my service provider abides to the same black and white documentation it holds me accountable for. Instead, I'm being tossed around and no one is willing to take responsibility.
