POOR SERVICE

I went to Mtn in the bridge on saturday to sign a contract with them. I completed all the paperwork and the lady that helped me said that someone else will put the contract through when she gets on duty. On monday I got a call saying that they are still waiting for feedback as the system takes a while tp process everything. They phoned me yesterday to pick up my new phone and said that everything went through. I decided to keep my old number. The lady that assisted me yesterday said that I will loose signal of the one phone soon and that my new phone will be working then immediately.
Well up to now it has not been working and I have been without a phone for a couple of days.
My husband also took out a contract at a different branch and he received his phone the next day.
Can someone please advise when this will be sorted out. If i knew it would have been such a big issue i wouldve stayed with my old service provider.
