No signal or poor signal

I am so frustrated with Vodacom with their no care attittute about their customers, ita amazing how a multi million
dollar company just dont care about their customers, Eldoraigne centurion only 10 kms from their headoffice
usually have no or very poor signal and call drops everytime you on the phone, can i pay for a booster or any thing to improve as i spend alot of money with them, i recenly upgraded to the iphone 5 now its even worse
can anyone at vodacom help here or should i go to another service provider, i think you service is pathetic
and your customer call centre personal incompetent and can hardly speak my home language after they give you an option and still put you to somebody that cannot even speak english nevermind Afrikaans, i will not even be surprised if nobody respond, and VODACOM is the market leaders, i really think SA should have more cell server suppliers!!! vodacom here is my number 0844444644
