3 Months ago I moved from the Strand to Gordon's bay in the Western Cape. I immediately experienced signal problems. I moved into a estate situated in a normal suburb. Not in the mountains or any isolated area. I immediately contacted the local Vodacom branch in Somerset West. They informed me that they do experience problems in the mentioned area. They gave me a number to contact VODACOM. When I contact the technical division they told me the same story and told me that somebody will contact me. They also gave me a reference number. THAT WAS 2 MONTHS AGO. Everytime i contact VODACOM the customer service person just told me that they are working on it. I CAN NOT RECEIVE ANY SIGNAL BETWEEN 11AM UNTIL 11PM. I HAVE TO WORK AT NIGHT AND EARLY HOURS IN THE MORNING. I have my own business and consult for companies. I have lost financially by not being able to respond to urgent e mails.
VODACOM JUST KEEP DEDUCTING MY MONTHLY INSTALMENT, ALTHOUGH I ONLY RECEIVE A 50% SERVICE.
UP UNTIL TODAY NOBODY HAS EVER CONTACTED ME AS EACH CONSULTANT THAT I HAVE SPOKEN TO PROMISED ME THEY WILL.
I AM TIRED OF THIS ARROGANT AND UNETHICAL PRACTISE OF VODACOM..
