Hi,
I made a complaint from the 5 March to Talkom stating that our landline and ADSL was down. I have since phoned in everyday and get a variety of responses stating that the technician is there or will be working on it soon. But it has been a week and the line is still down.
Please can you respond ASAP. Or refer to me to someone other than a generic call centre.
