Incorrect Account Detail

I continuously received a Neotel invoice not associated with my account, which I kept on reporting to Neotel to correct, I was however never invoiced for said invoices, as this obviously was an admin error. On checking my credit record I was highlighted as a dilinquent payer for an account that isn't mine. Further to this my ITC record also indicates me now working at a complete different company etc, obviously related to the incorrect individual loaded on my ID number at Neotel.

Numerous attempts have been made to get Neotel to correct this, but to no avail.

Only account I had with Neotel, which I subsequently cancelled was R000644763
