Ok this what I wanted to find out. My upgrade was due on the 18 August 2013 and i gave Cell C call centre a call for my upgrade they helped and told me the terms and conditions and how long the Cell phone will take to be delivered. Alright i waited for the Cell phone to be delivered that whole week so i decided to give Cell C's call centre a call just to find out what is the problem why isn't the phone be delivered yet all to find out they cant help me because i didn't pay them on a specific date but the where payed and i'm not in arrears and i told her over the phone but she said i cant get and upgrade only in 3 months time. In 3 months time my contract is finish. In Cell C's fine print its states "Your account must be up-to-date with no defaults in the last 3 months unless the defaults are due to no fault on your part" and i have a valid reason why isn't it my fault why didn't she ask me that . are u guys prepared to lose customers like this .contact me via email [Email Removed]
