It is now for close to 11 weeks that i have been having problems connecting to the CellC network with 3G/EDGE at my home. I have logged numerous calls with consultants as well as with technical services but to no avail. The reference numbers are: 3031102837, 3031100943, 1756620, 3030202147, 1745874, 3012402776, 3012300072. Most recently, Andrew (a CEO of technical aspects?) undertook to resolve my problem but to no avail as yet. When will Cell C assist me?
This is not the service that I am paying for.
