I have recently taken out a cell c contract and this has just caused more frustration than my previous network did. Cell C adverts have been advertising fantastic signal and service yet this is definitely not my impression. Going onto a network that claims it has signal coverage all over the country, yet everyday i have dropped calls and no network. Cell C as "Excalated this" to the Technical department, yet nobody knows what is going on. I am supposedly need to expect a phone call for some one to come check the signal at my house. This is great but this doesnt help me while i am driving around.
Now on top of all this while talking to client services / technical dept, the call fails. Now i have to go through explaining myself over and over again to get a resolution. And nobody phones me back to help resolve my issue.
Please Cell C What is the point of having a cheaper call rates if I struggle to use my phone...
I seem to only be able make calls when i am at the office, I already have an office line so there is no need for
a cell phone contract.
Really Hoping for a resolution quick, as I am not happy to pay for something I cannot get service for.
