STILL NO BIS SERVICES
Since 23 February I have not had BIS services on my Blackberry 9300. I have phoned the customer care and technical helpline so many times, I have lost count. My Host Routing Table keeps on indicating "no entries" despite following the care and technical line instructions. I did a wipe on my phone, which also hasn't helped. I've tried to restore it from a backup, also to no avail. I've tried to put my sim card in another blackberry, which immediately worked (it has host routing table entries). I have no BIS (or data) services active on my phone, yet I will have to pay for it at the end of the month. I am now at my wits end as to how this problem should be solved. Cell C says it's a RIM (Blackberry) problem, Blackberry says it's a Cell C problem. WHO CAN FIX THIS??
