HOLDING CELL NUMBER HOSTAGE

We have been with Nashua for 16 years. They constantly ignore our requests for service, NOTHING ever gets done as requested and promised and now they signed us up for a brand new contract against our request and say that we can't leave until December 2014!!

We went into Nashua Mobile at the beginning of the year, after having not heard back from them for weeks, to question the status of one of our contracts (and to cancel two of our contracts with them so that we could port them to Vodacom). They said that we had renewed the contract in December and had received an iPhone 5 from them, WHICH WE HAD NOT. They acknowledged the fact that it was a mistake on their part and that it was going to be reversed immediately, so we could be moved to Voda. They just needed the request for the reversal in writing, so right then and there we wrote out the request, word for word, as instructed by the lady there. We confirmed that that was all that needed to be done and she said that we would soon be able to move the contracts to Vodacom.

After constant enquiries, today we heard from Nashua that the contract is locked in until Dec 2014 and we can't leave!! What is going on???
