Internet Service - what SERVICE??!?

I have had it.

I have put up with the inability to use my Speedstick for weeks now and after my call to Cell C, I am taking them to the CC in terms of CPA. When I first got my Speedstick it worked for 5 mins and would then disconnect, and for the last few weeks as not worked at all! Phoned again today, went through all the previous tests/changes, and was told that a ticket had been escalated, but that it has been a general problem for several weeks.

After asking why I am paying for a service in terms of my contract that I am not receiving, the call-centre person just apologised and would not answer me directly regarding a breach of contract for non-delivery of a service.

If my service is not resolved within the 48 hour period I was once again notified of, or my contract is cancelled, I will be reporting Cell C to the Consumer Council, and cancelling my contract through a stop order on my debit order. Breach of service is breach of contract and enough is enough.
