Just wanted to say that I think Michelle Abrahams at the Clearwater Mall branch near the Pick 'n Pay is fantastic. She was helping me with an upgrade on my contract and just gave me the best service I have had in a while.
I never once had to call to find out anything, she would call me to let me know what the status was even if nothing had changed, just to let me know that she is still on top of it.
