Enewal nightmare

I renewed my contract on saturday afternoon. stayed on the same package. i received the statement via email today and see that i have been charged the new subscription already! the invoice date is the 10th, i renewed on the 9th and MTN is charging me the new fees already!!! plus an upgrade charge!

if i was informed that this was going to happen i would have renewed on monday, actually no i would have ported my number.

disgusting!
