PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I renewed My Marie Claire subscription via Discovery on 4.10.13 and paid for it on 10.10.13. E-mailed through deposit slip on 10.10.13. Since then I have tried to get confirmation from Discovery and Marie Claire (via On the Dot and Assoc Media) that they have received my order and that my subscription will run renewed from when my current one runs out. To date I have received NO formal email to state my order has been received and will run from x date to y?! All I have received are emails from On the Dot to ask if I want to renew my subscription... when I already have done so!?!?!?! I know your system is changing over but the service is absolitely pathetic and I cant get answers from ANYONE:( I am a REALLY disappointed Marie Claire Customer:(
