Contract confirmed as cancelled yet still charged

I had a contract renewed without my permission when I received absolutely no notification that it was due to expire.
In 2013 I called the call centre enquring when all my accounts expire only to find out one had been renewed without my knowledge. I complained about this and requested that it be reversed. It was still not actioned so I called again and complained again asking them to reverse it.
I was assured it was reversed and even got email confirmation that it was reversed.
When checking my December statement, I realized that this was not done and I am still being charged for this contract and it is being drawn by debit order from my account.
This is appaling service and I want not only this contract reversed, but my other 2 contracts cancelled too.
