I renewed my contract with cell a month before it was the actual upgrade date. I was aware that I would have to pay for a month and a half as I took renewed the contract in the middle of the month, I however was not told that the 1gb of data I was supposed to receive with the contract would only kick in a month and a half after I started paying already. I was then under the impression that I had been given the data already and went on to use the Internet only to find out I had not yet received any data and now I am expected to pay for all the data usage. It is unethical that I was not told about this when I renewed the contract and dont see why I should be held reliable for an error on cell c's part.
