Cell C
Failed Terms of Service - Breach of Contract

It has been several months with unreliable service from Cell C and paying for service that has not been up to par according to fulfilment of their terms. After receiving an SMS from Cell C stating that they are now going to cap and limit every subscriber to a 2 gigabit data and charge for anything thereafter is not something that I have agreed to according to the original terms of service. I have had the Blackberry 9380 (a paperweight) since last year and even after getting service had to have the phone replaced. The internet connection is always bogged down and never able to properly use. There is dropped calls and this has seemed to get worse over the past six months. Every time going into a Cell C centre nothing positive every comes out of the deal and end up walking out more frustrated. I have requested to cancel this contract several times and no one seems to want to take matters seriously. The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) allows an individual to cancel their cell phone contract regarding services breached by the service provider. Thereby noted this shall serve as a final demand notice to cancel services without the effect of being snowballed with added costs.
