I moved to Loevenstein area over a year ago and has hence struggle tremendously with signal. I have been to a Cell C store to ask for assistance and have received none. Thus I am posting my complaint here. On the Cell C coverage map it shows that my area is covered with full HSPA speed. When I stand in front of my house on the street the signal is still intermitted or I get no signal at all, so it has nothing to do with my house. I have tried numerous phones and they all do the same. When I drive just around the corner, not even 200m I get full HSPA signal.
I would like to know what you guys are planning to do about this "dead spot". I feel I have been patient enough and am a good paying customer
