The signal in our area beyond words. I stay close to Cape Gate and find ourselves having to stand in certain positions, or face a certain direction before we can hear clearly or get a signal or what little signal is available. Calls are often dropped or sounds like we are under water. We have called countless times and are told that they are working on it or there does not seem to be a problem from there side ect. They have put up a new tower right there by you. phff all the excuses. New tower but still horrid signal. We have been with cell c for "years" and do not wish to change to another service provider, but feel that a simple signal check or boost is needed. We have 3 cell c contracts in our house hold and all battle the same with signal, when visitors come its the same, so the problem is not with our phones, esp when one of them are new. Please can you advise as to whom we can contact and get a proper response and service that we are paying for afterall. Regards Karl (ppJanine Hering)
